How I film a wedding.
I've filmed more than 150+ weddings across the Okanagan, and I still shoot every one myself. Not a rotating roster of contractors: me, learning your day, your people and the small moments that make it yours.
I work quietly and stay out of the way. Vows and speeches are recorded cleanly so you can hear every word years from now. The film is edited to feel like the day did, not like a music video about it.

How much does a wedding videographer cost in Kelowna?
Pixel Pro wedding film collections are $3,197 (Silver, 8 hours), $3,897 (Gold, 10 hours) and $4,997 (Diamond, 10 hours with two filmmakers). The Guest Reel add-on is $300.
How far ahead should we book?
Popular Okanagan dates (June through September) often fill 9–12 months in advance.
Do you film the whole day?
Pixel Pro collections cover 8 or 10 hours, typically from getting ready through first dances. Additional hours can be added to any collection.
How long is a wedding highlight film?
Pixel Pro wedding highlight films run 5–7 minutes (Silver), 6–8 minutes (Gold) or 8–10 minutes (Diamond), each with a 1-minute social teaser. Diamond adds the edited ceremony and speeches.
Do you work alongside our photographer?
Yes. Chad has filmed 150+ weddings next to photographers and plans shots so neither team blocks the other. If you still need a photographer, his wife Heather photographs weddings in the Okanagan.
How long until we get our wedding film?
Your teaser arrives in 1–2 weeks. Full wedding films are typically delivered in 3–4 months, and the timing is confirmed in your proposal.
Do you film weddings in Vernon, Penticton and the rest of the Okanagan?
Yes. Chad films weddings across the Okanagan, including Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, Vernon, Penticton, Naramata, Summerland and Peachland. There is no travel charge for weddings anywhere in the Okanagan.
What should we put in our wedding timeline?
Leave time to move between spaces, because ceremony, portraits and reception are often in different spots. Plan portraits for golden hour, which can come early at some venues. Do the getting ready in a bright room with good light. And share the timeline with your videographer early so the filming plan fits it.
What secures our date?
A signed agreement and retainer. The details are laid out in your proposal.
Do you travel for destination weddings?
Yes. Chad films across BC and takes on two destination weddings each year. Weddings outside the Okanagan carry a travel charge, quoted for each wedding.
What if it rains?
Chad has filmed every season the Okanagan can throw at a wedding, and always has a plan for it.
What is the Guest Reel?
