The venue
About Vows and Vines
A small lake-view winery in Summerland with vineyard views, three indoor and outdoor event spaces, and a villa on site for the wedding party. It sits on the cliff shore of Okanagan Lake, and it works for most sizes of wedding, from a dozen guests to a full celebration.

Where I film
The vineyard rows, the ceremony site with its lake view, and the Villa are all great. The pathway down to the lake, with the sagebrush and open lake views, is one of my favourite places on the property.
One tip
Use the Villa as your home base for the day. It's a great place to get everyone ready in one place. And because golden hour arrives early here, talk to me about timing before you lock in your ceremony time.
