How it's made

Chad has filmed Okanagan homes since 2004. He plans the film around what makes the home worth the price (a lake view, a kitchen built for hosting, a quiet street near the beach) and edits it to build to that moment instead of listing every room.

Price

Lifestyle Video is a story-led, Realtor-on-camera property film with aerial drone coverage: $495 through 4,000 sq ft, plus $75 for each started additional 1,000 sq ft. Photos + Video pairs premium listing photography with a cinematic property video and drone: $545 through 3,000 sq ft, plus $100 for each started additional 1,000 sq ft.
