Turnaround
Photos are usually delivered within 24–48 hours of the shoot, so a Tuesday shoot is typically on MLS by Wednesday or Thursday. Larger homes, twilight shoots and bigger packages can take a little longer; you'll know the timing when you book.

Photos is a $195 flat rate: premium HDR listing photography with aerial drone coverage. Photos + iGUIDE, with a 3D tour and floor plans, is $475 through 3,000 sq ft (plus $100 for each started additional 1,000 sq ft). How should the home be prepared?
Clear counters, open blinds, turn on every light and move cars off the driveway. Chad will flag anything else on arrival.
