- Photos: $195 flat rate. Includes: Premium HDR listing photography, Aerial drone coverage where conditions permit.
- Photos + iGUIDE: $475 through 3,000 sq ft. Add $100 for each started additional 1,000 sq ft above 3,000. Includes: Premium listing photography, Aerial drone coverage where conditions permit, iGUIDE 3D tour, Floor plans.
- Lifestyle Video: $495 through 4,000 sq ft. Add $75 for each started additional 1,000 sq ft above 4,000. Includes: Story-led cinematic property video, Realtor-on-camera presentation, Aerial drone coverage where conditions permit.
- Photos + Video: $545 through 3,000 sq ft. Add $100 for each started additional 1,000 sq ft above 3,000. Includes: Premium listing photography, Cinematic property video, Aerial drone coverage where conditions permit.
- Full Package (Signature Package): Up to 1,500 sq ft $675; 1,501–3,000 sq ft $725; 3,001–4,000 sq ft $825; 4,001–5,000 sq ft $925; 5,001–6,000 sq ft $1,025. - Twilight photos (add-on): $225. Exterior photos at dusk with the home lit, added to any package.
- Drone coverage is included where weather, airspace, site conditions, and regulations permit.
- All prices are in CAD, before GST, travel, and optional add-ons.
- Finished interior square footage is used to confirm the appropriate package tier.
- Listing photos usually delivered within 24–48 hours; larger projects can take longer. Travel fees apply outside Kelowna.

- Silver: $3,197 (8 hours · 1 filmmaker). Includes: 4K video recording, Professional video editing, 5–7 minute film, 1-minute social teaser.
- Gold: $3,897 (10 hours · 1 filmmaker). Includes: 4K video recording, Professional video editing, 6–8 minute film, 1-minute social teaser.
- Diamond: $4,997 (10 hours · 2 filmmakers). Includes: 4K video with a multi-angle ceremony, Professional video editing, 8–10 minute film, Edited ceremony and speeches, 1-minute social teaser.
- The Guest Reel (add-on): $300. A QR code on your reception tables lets guests upload their own photos and clips from their phones, with no app. Everything collects in a private gallery and can play live on a screen during the reception.
- Additional hours (add-on): Ask for a quote. Extra coverage can be added to any collection.

- Q: Do you work alongside our photographer?
  A: Yes. Chad has filmed 150+ weddings next to photographers and plans shots so neither team blocks the other. If you still need a photographer, his wife Heather photographs weddings in the Okanagan.
- Q: How long until we get our wedding film?
  A: Your teaser arrives in 1–2 weeks. Full wedding films are typically delivered in 3–4 months, and the timing is confirmed in your proposal.
- Q: Do you film weddings in Vernon, Penticton and the rest of the Okanagan?
  A: Yes. Chad films weddings across the Okanagan, including Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, Vernon, Penticton, Naramata, Summerland and Peachland. There is no travel charge for weddings anywhere in the Okanagan.
- Q: What should we put in our wedding timeline?
  A: Leave time to move between spaces, because ceremony, portraits and reception are often in different spots. Plan portraits for golden hour, which can come early at some venues. Do the getting ready in a bright room with good light. And share the timeline with your videographer early so the filming plan fits it.

  A: A signed agreement and retainer. The details are laid out in your proposal.
- Q: Do you travel for destination weddings?
  A: Yes. Chad films across BC and takes on two destination weddings each year. Weddings outside the Okanagan carry a travel charge, quoted for each wedding.

  A: Chad has filmed every season the Okanagan can throw at a wedding, and always has a plan for it.
